| When should I purchase a KODAK Care Kit?Extended Warranty Care Kits should be ordered at the time you purchase your equipment. If you recently bought equipment without a Care Kit, you can buy a Care Kit within 90 days of the equipment purchase from your KODAK Authorized Imaging Reseller. Post Agreement Care Kit should be purchased before the expiration of the new product warranty, or previous Care Kit coverage expires. Support Services Care Kits may be purchased at any time, depending on the service purchased. Installation and training packages should be purchased along with the equipment, however, other services such as operator training can be used to provide initial or refresher training as needed. PM Care Kits may be purchased at any time when your equipment is covered by a Kodak Maintenance Agreement. |
