A KODAK Capture Pro Care Kit (which is referred to as Software Assurance when purchased with the Network Edition) includes:

  • Help Desk Support, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM customer local time - phone, email and remote support (as needed) via 1-800-822-1414.
  • Software Update Assurance to help you keep your software up to date with the latest improvements as they are developed. It includes:
    • version and point releases for new features and functionality enhancements
    • service packs and patches for software maintenance releases
  • Troubleshooting and problem isolation via remote diagnostics
  • Troubleshooting and problem isolation
  • Basic support to ensure a successful scanner integration (Scanner Validation Tool)
  • Driver compatibility with certified scanners
  • Assistance with the use of the Kodak Capture Pro default scanning applicaton (Ready to Scan)
  • Media replacement if initial media is lost or damaged
  • Migration support with job setups for Kodak Capture users moving to Capture Pro Software
