DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY, June 6 — BührmannUbbens, the largest paper supplier in the Netherlands, expands its product offerings for customers interested in digital color printing. The company signed an agreement at drupa to sell the KODAK NEXPRESS M700 Digital Color Press in the Netherlands.
BührmannUbbens provides a wide range of paper, supplies, other media/substrates and services to companies throughout the Netherlands. It serves customers in a number of markets such as commercial print, corporate, display copy center and offices. As digital printing is rapidly becoming a popular choice in the commercial print market and is often offered side by side with offset printing, in order to provide more flexible solutions, forward-looking BührmannUbbens recognises this trend, and after careful consideration decided to partner with Kodak to take on this new challenge.

It also fits perfectly with the wide assortment of paper that we supply as it supports a really broad range of substrate types.”
The NEXPRESS M700 press produces short run, variable data applications with high-impact color, such as direct mail, brochures, business documents, posters, newsletters, manuals, and more. The M700 prints at 70 A4/letter pages per minute (4200 sheets per hour) and delivers excellent image quality, productive throughput across all supported substrates, application flexibility and integration with existing digital workflows.
