Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

As many of you know, Kodak formally closed the much anticipated acquisition of the BÖWE BELL + HOWELL scanner division on September 1. Our goal with this acquisition is to grow our new, integrated business by providing you with even greater value and choice through an expanded product and solutions portfolio. We believe the real value of this acquisition is to be found in:

• You, as valued customers and partners of these products and services
• The strength and expertise of the BÖWE BELL + HOWELL people and their demonstrated ability to deliver technological, innovative and excellent products

Bringing two successful businesses together requires diligence and much hard work; however, we are learning that our similar cultures and shared values are helping pave the way as we begin the integration process.

You may have noticed recent changes on both the www.bbhscanners.com and www.kodak.com/go/docimaging websites.  We are building cross-links between the sites so visitors can see that we are integrating our product lines and our contact information. To that end, we have recently concluded an extensive review of our product portfolio for 2010 and beyond. Over the next several months you will see that a number of BÖWE BELL + HOWELL products, including Ngenuity, Truper and Sidekick will be wearing Kodak nameplates and it is our intention to continue these scanner product lines for years to come.  Decisions on the other product lines are pending.

In addition, you will begin to see key marketing materials - such as brochures, sales presentations and case studies - for legacy BÖWE BELL + HOWELL products transform into the Kodak look.
