Extended Warranty Care Kits: 

• Can be purchased for to provide 1, 2, or 3 years of coverage from time of equipment installation, or purchase.
• Must be purchased within 90 days of the equipment purchase the original purchase period

Example: A Kodak Scanner has an original product warranty, but during that warranty period the level of service coverage does may change (i.e.- Split 12-month warranty service level; first 3-months is AUR (Advanced Unit Replacement), while the last 9-months is mail-in coverage). So, one can purchase an Extended Warranty Care Kit that would enhance the entire 12-month warranty to AUR service coverage; thus uplifting the last 9-months of mail-in coverage to AUR.

Post Warranty Care Kit 

• Provides 1 year of coverage that can be used to extend the coverage at the expiration of the new product warranty, extended warranty, current Post Warranty Care Kit, or other equipment maintenance agreement.
