- Advance Unit Replacement: Next-business-day delivery of an exchange unit, or a Kodak Service Representative might assist in the unit's exchange
- On-Site KODAK Service & Support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time. Which includes:
- Travel, labor, and repair parts
- Preferential response
- Service by Kodak employed service representatives
- Preventative maintenance on applicable products
- Total service call protection
