Kodak offers a full system solution for financial institutions that allows checks and payments received at branches or retail customer locations to be electronically transmitted to your central location for processing and clearing. 

Remote Deposit or Merchant Capture allows your commercial clients to capture images of their items by scanning them and depositing them electronically via a secure internet connection into their bank account at your bank. A minimal amount of hardware is needed to be supplied to the merchant. The client software is internet based and requires no special training to get it up and running at the merchant locations.

Once processed at the central location, images and data can be exported to existing systems for online banking and archival. Payment information can be exported to current remittance systems for processing.
