BENEFITS:
Custom Label Program
Provide us with the logo and contact information and we'll send you customized labels that you can place on all processed microfilm. Your customers will see both the Kodak label and your own.
InfoGuard Monitoring Program
The KODAK Infoguard Monitoring Program is provided free of charge to facilities that process Kodak Archive Storage Media and other Kodak microfilm.
Participating facilities receive instructions, forms, and a supply of materials used to perform testing. You conduct daily and monthly procedures according to the instructions, and send the samples and test data to the KODAK Quality Assurance Lab for evaluation. On a monthly basis Kodak reports back to you with helpful feedback. Our technicians will flag equipment problems and process deviation for immediate attention. If all is satisfactory, your lab receives ongoing certification.

Recycling Program
Kodak accepts most films for silver refining and film base recovery through our Film Recycling Program. The recycled material is used to manufacture new film -- which typically contains 40-60% recycled content. Film Processing Corporation (FPC), a Kodak company, handles customer needs for certified destruction and recycling of film. Learn more by visiting www.kodak.com/go/fpc.
Kodak also accepts metallic silver flake, produced from electrolytic recovery units, for refining and recovery. A minimum of 19 pounds is generally required for shipment and reimbursement.
Chemical drums used in the photofinishing process are made out of high-density polyethylene plastic and are both resusable and recyclable. The Kodak Returnable Drum Program offers a simple and convenient way to recycle these and return them for reuse.
To learn more about how to manage these materials, recycle as much as possible, and benefit most from your efforts, contact Kodak Environmental Services at 585-477-3194 or via email at via email at KES@kodak.com

The program includes a comprehensive support kit specifically designed for use in micrographics labs. You can use it as a tool to help ensure that your workplace is in compliance. It contains relevant technical publications, compliance checklists, safety stickers and labels, plus samples of approved personal safety gear. The kit also includes a binder of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs), which provide important chemical safety information.
You will also receive the KODAK Micrographics Environmental and Safety Program Binder, a reference guide containing important information on a wide range of regulations affecting the micrographics industry. Included are sections on OSHA, personal protective equipment, emergency preparedness, ventilation and indoor air quality, waste management, and more.
Disaster Recovery Program
Our Disaster Recovery Program rescues and restores damaged film. And we will recreate your documents to duplicate a lost or stolen cash letter, overnight, if necessary. If disaster strikes, your phone call to 1-800-EKC-TEST is all it takes, any time night or day. When you call, the people at the lab will respond quickly to assess your situation and advise you on how to proceed. Personnel and equipment will be scheduled to deal with your microfilm when it arrives.
