- Driver compatibility with certified scanners
- Assistance with the use of the Kodak Capture Pro default scanning applicaton (Ready to Scan)
- Media replacement if initial media is lost or damaged
- Migration support with job setups for Kodak Capture users moving to Capture Pro Software
